France hosted the European Maritime Day in Brest (May 24-25), during which a delegation of the European Network of Maritime Clusters (ENMC) was present with 5 national maritime Clusters: the French Maritime Cluster, the Luxembourg Maritime Cluster, Federazionne del Mare, Cluster Maritimo Español, Fórum Oceano.
The ENMC actively participated in conferences and organized a dinner on May 25. During this evening, interesting insights were shared. We had the luck to count representatives of DG Mare and other partners among us.
The ENMC Coordinator and Cluster Manager of the Luxembourg Maritime Cluster, Axelle Salvage, met the European Commissioner for Environment, Oceans, and Fisheries, Virginijus Sinkevičius, to represent Eurocean’s Youth network and introduce the ENMC as an association with the wish to collaborate and strengthen the maritime voices in the Blue Economy.
